While the value of a good education cannot be over emphasized, the value of an excellent education on the other hand is priceless.

Intergraid specializes in the provision of educational services targeted at raising the declining quality of educational institutions and teachers in Nigeria. The management of Intergraid has been at the forefront of several initiatives directed at raising the quality of schools and teachers in Nigeria and other countries. In 2008, through its teacher training initiative (EEP Assists), Dr Adamu partnered with financial institutions to provide immensely subsidized training to hundreds of teachers in the Federal Capital Territory. The approach, while definitely successful, was still limited to just one region, and with the rapidly increasing population, it quickly became obvious that the program needed to be extended to other parts of the country. The training opportunities also needed to be more long-term and sustainable. They also needed to provide an affordable way to measure not just the effectiveness of the trainings, but also the transference of knowledge into the classrooms. This has led to the creation of Intergraid Edu Projects and the development of programs and products that provide education solutions that are not only sustainable and measurable, but can be delivered across the country as well as other African countries.

What we do

We offer a range of education initiatives that include consultancy services, service products, programs, and research. Consultancy: We have been consulting for schools and other organizations since 2008. Our consultancy services include the following:

School Start Up: Dr. Angela Adamu has successfully worked with clients to set up and establish schools in Abuja.

Recruitment: We have successfully assisted schools in recruiting teachers and School heads both locally and internationally. Dr. Adamu has a huge international network all over world, a valuable resource in locating, interviewing, and hiring talented individuals.

Policy Development: We work with schools to evaluate, identify needs, and create policies tailor-made to the needs of schools and institutions. Our goal is to promote an atmosphere of great professionalism, quality, and excellence in schools that value those ideals. We have worked extensively with many schools.

Training: In addition to our broader training platforms and workshops, we provide training sessions for individual schools based on their needs. These training sessions are both short or long term, with follow up sessions to monitor the application, effects and benefits.
