INSTEP Online World of Learning

Are you looking for a learning program that is academically challenging, promotes student-centered and active learning, equips students with 21st century skills, supports the development of university and career readiness, and continually develops digital literacy skills? Did the COVID-19 pandemic serve as a reminder that our children need learning that provides curriculum, environment, and experiences that are not only globally competent but also prepares them to live, work, and succeed in a rapidly changing and evolving world? Do you feel like your child’s learning needs something ‘more’ but you don’t know what that is or where to find it?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the questions, then Instep-OWL is what you are looking for. A learning support program that is delivered digitally, our program is designed to provide international standard learning that develops and strengthens knowledge and skills in the core subject areas; fills the learning gaps that regular school programs do not; provides interdisciplinary learning that cuts across multiple subjects and themes; incorporate key learning elements such as project-based learning, peer and collaborative work, and research.

Created by a highly experienced team with experience in teaching and leading education programs in various countries, our program is based on curriculum design, teaching and learning practices that are research-backed and results-oriented. Our program will provide learning experiences for the present disrupted learning climate as well as post-COVID-19. So even after your children return to brick and mortar school, our program will continue to support their learning and extend their knowledge in a variety of content areas.

Curriculum, Subjects & Classes

If anything, the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need to redesign the Nigerian curriculum to reflect 21st century learning and bridge the gap between the quality of our education programs and the developed countries. Our curriculum is an integrated one that covers not just the required content in the Nigerian curriculum, but very importantly, makes sure that our students' learning is at par with similar grade levels around the world.

Subjects: For the August to October sessions, we will be offering the three core subjects to primary classes 1-5, and JS1; Mathematics, English Language, Science. After the first session, the classes offered will be expanded to include several electives and special interest subjects

Classes: Our classes are designed according to best global practices and delivered in both synchronous and asynchronous modes. While parents should always take an interest in the child’s learning, our programs are comprehensively designed and delivered through our teachers. Parents are therefore not the drivers or facilitators of their children’s learning or progress.

Cost

Our August to October session fee is significantly reduced because we are aware of the financial strain the crisis has placed on parents. The fee for the three-month session is N50,000 per student. If you would like to learn more and would like to be informed when registration opens, please fill the form below. The August to October session will be restricted to just a limited number of students thus it is important that interested parents fill the form.
