INSTEP is a professional development magazine for private schools and teachers. With contributors and an editorial team based in the United States, the magazine offers schools and teachers professional development workshops designed for in-service teacher training sessions. This magazine is part of Intergraid’s mandate to help raise the quality of teaching and learning in developing countries as well as ensure that all students, regardless of socio-economic status, are given the tools to thrive anywhere in the world. It also affords teachers access to affordable professional development and training opportunities. Each edition focuses on a particular theme and provides a 10-12 workshops on different aspects of that theme. The resource is subscription based and head of schools or the trainers have access to special training ‘train the trainer’ workshops.
